This breathing exercise will help you ease your nerves, reduce stress and anxiety, and could even help you get to sleep more quickly. In fact, that's what mainly I use this practice for.

This technique can be used throughout the day to take the edge off, too! It cuts right through your body's fight or flight response to soothe the body and mind. And the best part? It only takes 4 rounds before you start to feel its benefits. Of course, you can do more, though!
